All our parcels will be shipped by Bpost.
You have several possibilities. You can have your parcel delivered to:

Due to the increased level of online orders and the restrictions that have been imposed regarding the combat of the COVID-19 pandemic, our logistics partner Bpost is currently struggling to process the parcels in time. As DPD works very hard to get all parcels to their destination asap, we kindly ask you to take this into account.
Usually, the orders are delivered on time. However, sometimes there are unfortunate delays, which in exceptional cases can be up to 8-10 days.
If you have questions regarding your delivery you can always send us a message via email ([email protected]). We can then proactively monitor your delivery for you with Bpost and keep you informed about it.

Is it possible to deliver outside Belgium?
We ship within the Benelux and to its neighbouring countries the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
We can also ship to other countries. Please contact us ([email protected]) for a customized shipment proposal.
What are the costs of shipment*?
The cost of shipment within Belgium is 5 euros. Does your order exceed 100 euros? Hurray! We’re happy to ship your order for free!
For France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom, it is 5 euros.
For the United States, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Poland shipping cost is 15 euros.
For Canada, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, the Czech Republic and Hungary, the shipping cost is 20 euros.
All shipping costs mentioned above are VAT included.
If you want your order to be shipped to other countries than those mentioned above, please contact us ([email protected]) for a customized cost of shipment proposal.
*) These costs apply only if your parcel is within the following limits: Size- max. length 175cm; max. circumference 300cm (2xheight + 2x width + length)). Weight- max. 30kgs.
How long does it take to deliver my parcel?
Within the Benelux, the delivery of your parcel normally takes 3-5 working days.
Deliveries to France, Germany and Great Britain normally take 3-5 working days.
During bank holidays and sale, periods delivery may occasionally take a bit longer. Furthermore, shipments to islands may take longer. Unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control (i.e. extreme bad weather, strikes, …) may also cause a delay in the delivery of your parcel.
Will I be kept informed about the status of my order?
Yes. After you placed your order you will immediately receive an email, one which confirms your order and payment.
Later, when we effectively ship your parcel you will receive another email from Bpost, which provides you with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your parcel delivery. Note that Bpost Track & Trace service https://www.bpost.be/trace allows you to track the status of your order in detail at any moment.
If you have created an account on the Happy 13 webshop, you can also track the status of your order on the webshop itself.
I have not yet received my parcel. Has it already been shipped?
When your parcel leaves our offices and is accepted by Bpost you will receive an email from them which provides you with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your parcel delivery. Note that Bpost Track & Trace service https://www.bpost.be/trace allows you to track the status of your order in detail at any moment.
In case you have not received such an email, you can always check the status of your order via your Happy 13 account. Please log into your account where the status of your order will be shown.
You can't access your Happy 13 account anymore? No worries! Just send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll check for you with Bpost.

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
The costs for the return are for the customer.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.
Please follow the below instructions to return your item:
- Place the item(s) and the completed return form in the original shipping box, or use an alternative solid packaging method.
- Close securely
- Take the package to your nearest post office and ship back to us within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the package with a track & trace.
Please send your package to:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method within a few days depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
In case of sale items, we will refund the sale price of the item.
